Welcome to the new collections of Jason Swales Photography

A web site designed to enable me to showcase collections and galleries capturing your experiences. The site also contains portfolios of my own creative work that has been presented in categorised albums, allowing easy access, viewing and where applicable; the ordering of prints. The site is focused on images placed into collections that form the basis of the galleries. In addition to this site, I also have a Blog, that contains articles and imaging that is published in partenrship with the main site; however is more suitable for publication under this title, than the main site.

Although still under development, the main site has been designed to begin the process of publication and the viewing of galleries created to date. By reading the contents of the site, viewers will be able to read my rationale, aims and objectives along with my development in photography and my current knoweldge criteria.

New articles and items will be continually added to the site and these will be published in the Updates Section of the Main Menu Blog.

The main galleries are currently being constructed, however previews of the galleries will be made available as shown in the presentation in the right column. The galleries will be presented in categorised panels; each panel will display the contents of the specific gallery and then selection is based around this. The above image is part of a collection I have placed together in celebration of the new England Manager. Not available for sale, however viewable for enjoyment. Click the image above for a larger view, to view the complete gallery please click here >>

The Blog Site is near completion and the first few articles are ready for upload. In partnership with the main site, it is intended to use the blog for all those articles of interest that don't need to be placed on the main site. Publication of the web address will posted here by the end of August 2008.

The sites aim is to post all the articles of interest that have assisted me in my studies and courses. The objectives of this are categorised into software guides, equipment guides, tips and tricks I have either learnt, or read from other great bloggists or photographers. The site will also follow me through my learning cycle for the main objectives I want to achieve. A guide to the type of gear I am using and the equipment that I would like to add to the collection. The reasons for the type of shooting I do, as well as the results following the workflows that I have created by taking the advise from some of the top people in the business.

All of the galleries within the site are designed with the intention of making viewing as pleasing as possible. The images that are placed within the categories, once clicked; will activate the catalogue. The controls in the new window then enable further navigation within that specific gallery. The image displays the appropriate reference and caption and by clicking on the top left navigation icon, a full list of the images within that gallery will be displayed. This allows the viewer an alternative navigation method. Alternatively, click the play button and let the gallery present itself to you.
